Background: 

Chris started his real estate career at Brandywine Construction & Management, Inc. (“BCMI”) a Philadelphia-based boutique property management firm that controls over $1 Billion in assets for several third party clients and its own account. Its management portfolio consists of office, retail, multi-family and hospitality assets across the United States. During his tenure at BCMI he helped lead a team responsible for the Commercial Asset Management function of a portfolio totaling 1,000,000 square feet on the East Coast, including: The National Press Building & The Evening Star Building in the District of Columbia, The Alex Brown Building in Baltimore, MD, The Philadelphia Stock Exchange Building & 1845 Walnut Street in Philadelphia, PA, and the commercial portions of many other mixed use and hospitality properties across the country. Chris was involved in multiple management functions for each property including due diligence, leasing, staffing, capital improvement projects, budgeting and expense reconciliation, legal and disposition. While at BCMI, Chris was involved with over $500,000,000 of acquisitions and their stabilization.

In 2000, Chris joined The Flynn Company, a Philadelphia-based real estate brokerage, management and development firm controlling over 15,000,000 square feet of primarily industrial property for third party clients and its own account. While at The Flynn Company, Chris performed the leasing and asset management function for a portfolio of Central Pennsylvania industrial real estate totaling approximately 1,000,000 square feet and valued at more than $24,000,000. The portfolio returned Net Operating Income equivalent to a 13% return to its owner in the first year, which was highlighted by a 10 year 92,000 square foot lease valued at over $3,000,000 with JetSort. Other notable transactions in the portfolio include leases with Tyco, Grainger, GE, JDM and several logistics firms. Chris also represented The Wissahickon Charter School in a 35,000 square foot, 9 year lease at the Philadelphia Design Center valued at over $2,500,000 while at The Flynn Company.

Chris attended The Malvern Preparatory School in Malvern, Pennsylvania and Providence College in Providence, Rhode Island where he studied economics.
