DANIEL R HENDERSON – Asset Management - Real Estate Analyst

Daniel R. Henderson is a Real Estate Analyst with Pintzuk Brown Realty Group, Inc, a full service commercial real estate services firm headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Daniel started his real estate career while finishing his senior year at West Chester University. He began working with Edward S. Brown as an internship researching and analyzing potential real estate acquisitions.

Daniel was then approached by Anthony J. Sembello and R. Christopher Datz in early 2004 and began working as the company’s real estate financial analyst. Daniel’s main responsibilities include creating and analyzing operating statements for potential acquisitions, researching local market areas, and creating and updating lease abstracts for the company’s existing management portfolio. Additionally, Daniel is responsible for much of the marketing aspects of the company.

Daniel attended Unionville High School in Unionville, Pennsylvania, and West Chester University in West Chester, Pennsylvania, where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance.
