Background:

Anthony started his real estate career before college at Joseph D.Pasquarella and Company, a Philadelphia based commercial real estate appraisal firm where he served as an Assistant Analyst. There he worked on the compilation of commercial and multi-family appraisals for local developers, banks, conduit financiers, institutions and corporations. Under the direct supervision of Joseph Pasquarella, he compiled detailed cash flow models and conducted surveys of various markets to value the assets of the firm’s clients.

Anthony was then approached by Edward Brown in 1995 and began his real estate development, financial structuring, management and brokerage career at The Edward S. Brown Group in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. During his tenure there he was involved with the acquisition, development, redevelopment, management, leasing and disposition of the firm’s assets and the assets of partners and clients. During his time at The Edward S. Brown Group, Anthony was involved with many trophy class office, retail, industrial and multi-family assets in the Mid-Atlantic region including: 10 Brookline Place, Boston, Massachusetts; The Piers at Penn’s Landing, Philadelphia; Independence Mall, Wilmington, North Carolina; The Windsor Hotel and Apartments, Philadelphia, PA; Southbridge Townhomes, Philadelphia, PA to name a few. Anthony also focused on the structuring of syndicated real estate limited partnerships for the firms client and its own account.

Anthony attended the Malvern Preparatory School in Malvern, Pennsylvania, Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts and Drexel University in Philadelphia where he studied finance.
